L'Avenir | MCC Rosé Pinotage Bubbly | 2018
L'Avenir | MCC Rosé Pinotage Bubbly | 2018
Made in the iconic méthode cap classique technique, the grapes for this bubbly rosé were hand harvested earlier in the season resulting in higher acidity and elegant flavour. After 14 days in stainless steel tanks, the wine spent 3 months “sûr lie” in tank and another 18 months in bottle on the lees. Drinking beautifully already with a fine balance and tannin structure.
Nose & Palate
Grapefruit and lemon with hints of brioche on the nose lead into delicate and creamy mouthfeel with pomegranate and ginger biscuits bringing another layer of dimension. Crisp and inviting.
Pairing
Perfect with canapés, smoked salmon, or a bottomless brunch!
