Fun, fresh and fruity - that’s what Miss Molly Bubbly is all about. Birthdays, graduations, New Year’s Eve, or a Sichuan night with a group of mates, this MCC will add a little sparkle to any occasion.

But don’t think you’re sacrificing quality here - it’s a seriously well balanced dry Méthode Cap Classique (i.e. made in the same way as Champagne).

The Bubbly MCC is 85% Chardonnay and 15% Chenin Blanc, that's spent 15 months maturing on lees while the Petite Rose MCC is made from Pinot Noir (70%) and Chardonnay (30%).

Nose and Palate

Miss Molly Bubbly MCC: Fruit starts on from the moment you pop the cork. Aromas of crunchy apple and citrus with hints of biscuit, chestnut and honey on the nose. The fruit flavours follow through to the palate of this dry MCC to combine with smooth and refreshing bubbles.

Miss Molly Petite Rose MCC: A subtle strawberry cream and watermelon mousse that will have your mouth watering the moment you pop the bottle.
